Junior QA Engineer
This is a remote position. About the Role: SPARK+ is looking for a motivated Junior QA Engineer to join the team remotely and contribute to the testing and quality assurance of multiple digital products and platforms, including SOLO Network. SOLO Network is a skills-first digital ecosystem by SPARK+ focused on connecting learning, verified credentials, workforce readiness, and career opportunities through modern technology platforms. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of web applications and platform features
- Execute test cases and identify bugs/issues
- Document bugs clearly with proper reproduction steps
- Verify fixes and perform regression testing
- Collaborate with developers and product teams
- Test user workflows, UI/UX flows, and overall functionality
- Help improve software quality and testing processes across products
Requirements

- Basic understanding of software testing concepts
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to document issues clearly
- Basic understanding of web applications and APIs
- Familiarity with tools like Postman, Jira, Trello, or browser DevTools is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn automation testing tools and frameworks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Internship/project experience in testing is a plus
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or SQL is an advantage
