Marketing Manager (gn) - More Nutrition Switzerland
Start: immediately | Level: Intermediate | Location: Switzerland, remote | Working hours: Full-time (40h/week) In the role of Marketing Manager (gn), you will take over the development and implementation of our brand strategy for More Nutrition in Switzerland. More Nutrition already generates 8-figure revenues in Switzerland, which we want to expand to 9-figure revenues together with you. In this role, you will design impactful campaigns, drive local marketing initiatives, and ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and local stakeholders to massively expand our presence in the Swiss market. Your mission As Brand Guardian, you develop and implement the brand strategy for Switzerland by linking global guidelines with local consumer insights You define the marketing activation calendar and lead the planning and execution of omnichannel campaigns (including mass media, influencer marketing, TikTok, and point of sale) You co-create the local product portfolio based on the needs and potentials of the Swiss market You brief and manage agencies to create brand-compliant, locally relevant assets (in German and French) and ensure timely campaign execution You track brand metrics (awareness, equity, engagement) as well as campaign KPIs and use this data for continuous optimization You work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee a consistent brand experience in the D2C sector and at the point of sale You coordinate closely with local commercial teams to perfectly align marketing activities with market and sales targets Your experience & skills You bring 4–6 years of solid professional experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager in the FMCG / consumer goods sector. Preferably in Food & Beverage You have proven experience in leading or managing one or more brands in Switzerland with revenues of at least CHF 50 million You possess deep experience in managing a D2C business as well as running omnichannel campaigns (including mass media, influencer marketing, social media like TikTok and Meta, and point of sale) You are characterized by a strong hands-on mentality, excellent project management skills, and a genuine passion for cross-functional collaboration You have a strategic, creative, and data-driven mindset and are confident in handling digital marketing tools You speak and write fluently in German and French and use English confidently for our internal communication Why choose us?
