Pipeline Marketing Manager

Job Title Pipeline Marketing Manager Location Remote Time Zone US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We are looking for a Pipeline Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of programs that generate and accelerate qualified pipeline for a B2B SaaS company leveraging AI capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, with a strong focus on conversion efficiency, attribution, and predictable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own pipeline generation and acceleration programs aligned to quarterly revenue goals Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, and content syndication Partner with Sales and RevOps to define ICPs, manage lead stages, and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion Translate AI and SaaS product value into clear, pipeline-focused messaging Manage campaign forecasts, pipeline targets, and performance reporting Continuously optimize programs using funnel data and attribution insights
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B pipeline or demand marketing within a SaaS environment Strong understanding of AI-enabled products and complex SaaS buyer journeys Track record of driving qualified pipeline and revenue impact Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce) Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies. Candidates without this background will not be considered.
