Finance AI Lead
About the Role
We are looking for a Finance AI Lead (Principal) to transform how our Finance organization operates using Generative AI and automation. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where you will build intelligent solutions that streamline processes, eliminate manual work, and drive measurable productivity gains. Location & Details Location: Colombia Start Date: ASAP Travel: Minimal to none What You’ll Do - Identify high-impact opportunities to automate and optimize Finance processes - Design and build AI agents and automated workflows across Finance operations - Develop solutions for FP&A, revenue recognition, invoicing, cash flow, and reconciliations - Integrate AI tools with ERP systems and enterprise platforms - Own and drive the Finance AI roadmap aligned with business priorities - Make strategic build vs. buy decisions for AI solutions - Partner closely with Finance leaders to drive adoption and change - Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate solutions based on user feedback What We’re Looking For - 8+ years of experience in Finance or closely related roles - Strong understanding of Finance processes and challenges - Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud preferred) - Expertise in Microsoft AI ecosystem (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI) - Proven experience implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments - Ability to operate independently and deliver without formal structures - Strong project management and execution skills - Fluent in English Why Join Us - Build with impact: Your solutions will directly improve how Finance teams operate - High autonomy: Own what you build and how you deliver it - Fast execution: Move from idea to implementation quickly - Work at the intersection of Finance and AI innovation #LI-AA1 #Remote #Colombia GP Strategies Corporation is one of the world's leading talent transformation providers.
