Senior International lawyer
Requirements: 7+ years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in fintech, payments, EMI/PI, crypto, lending or Banking & Finance area of top-tier international law firms; Background in international companies and cross-border business environments; Exposure to financial licensing and regulated environments (RO, CZ, ESP, MX, IND are preferred); Knowledge of company incorporations and corporate structuring across multiple jurisdictions; Ability to identify legal and regulatory risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions; Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail and accuracy; Experience with Jira or other task tracking systems; Fluent English (both written and spoken). Personal Skills: Strong results-oriented mindset focused on delivering real business impact, not just formal legal support; Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills; Sound judgement and composure under pressure; Exceptional stakeholder management skills. Main Responsibilities: Supporting market expansion projects, including licensing, regulatory analysis and company incorporations; Managing licensing processes and ongoing regulatory compliance requirements in 5 markets (RO, CZ, ESP, MX, IND); Coordinating external law firms across multiple jurisdictions; Drafting customer-facing legal documents for lending products (including agreements, T&Cs and policies); Helping to structure and expand features, while managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and business needs; Advising on consumer finance, AML/KYC, advertising, debt collection, e-commerce and data protection matters; Providing legal support to Product, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Collection and Operations teams; Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and partnership agreements; Reviewing marketing materials and customer communications for legal compliance; Supporting day-to-day legal operations and business activities.
