Bookkeeper
The Role FinStrat Management (“FSM”) is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper. This is a full-time remote role supporting accounting operations and financial reporting for a number of FSM clients.
Responsibilities
Assist monthly financial close and related activities for clients Account analysis and reconciliation Invoice client’s customers and manage client accounts receivables Process client’s accounts payable including approval workflows Address client and 3rd party inquiries Ensure assignments meet the firms’ quality standards Provide five-star client service Job Requirements Professional background Invoicing, accounts receivable management & collections Accounts payable entries and issue resolution Account reconciliation including accruals & prepaid expense analysis Proficiency with web-based accounting software applications Proficiency with QuickBooks Online Strong analytical skills Soft skills Professional working proficiency in English is required Ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously Commitment and ability to meet critical business deadlines Self-starter with strong organizational skills Exceptional attention to detail Excellent research and problem-solving skills Strong communication and social skills Able to receive constructive feedback Comfortable working in a dynamic environment Education Degree in Accounting / Finance, or requisite work experience Benefits and Perks Compensation commensurate with experience Unlimited vacation Ongoing education and training Bonuses Apply To This Job
