Growth & Media Strategy Director

HOME Agency is seeking a senior-level media and growth strategist to support integrated marketing, audience engagement, and performance-driven campaign planning across a range of client engagements and industries. This role is designed for someone with deep agency experience who understands how media strategy, audience targeting, messaging, channel planning, digital platforms, and conversion strategy work together to drive measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of both brand-building and performance marketing, with experience planning and guiding integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, and emerging media channels. You’ll collaborate closely with agency leadership, strategy, creative, content, and digital teams to help shape campaigns that are thoughtful, effective, and grounded in real audience behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated media and campaign strategy across client engagements
  • Develop cross-channel media recommendations, audience targeting strategies, and campaign planning frameworks
  • Support initiatives tied to awareness, engagement, lead generation, fundraising, attendance, recruitment, sales, or revenue objectives
  • Guide media planning across channels including paid social, search, display, programmatic, CTV/OTT, digital, and traditional media environments
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, content, and digital teams to align messaging, media, and execution
  • Translate analytics and campaign performance into actionable strategic recommendations
  • Support client presentations, campaign reporting, and strategic planning conversations
  • Contribute to select new business opportunities and integrated marketing recommendations

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of experience in media strategy, integrated media planning, performance marketing, growth marketing, or related agency roles
  • Integrated agency experience required
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, channel planning, conversion strategy, media measurement, and performance analytics
  • Experience working across both digital and traditional media channels
  • Familiarity with paid social, search, programmatic display, CTV/OTT, digital media, and integrated campaign planning
  • Ability to communicate strategic thinking clearly to both clients and internal teams
  • Comfortable working across multiple clients, industries, timelines, and priorities
  • Strong presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
