Position Overview We’re seeking highly motivated Medicare Sales Agents ready to maximize earnings and close consistently. In this role, you’ll proactively connect with Medicare-eligible clients, identify their needs, present tailored solutions, and confidently close enrollments in:
- Medicare Advantage (Part C)
- Prescription Drug Plans (Part D)
- Medicare Supplements (Medigap)
- Ancillary products

Key Responsibilities
- Engage inbound and outbound leads with a consultative, closing mindset
- Identify client pain points and match them with optimal plans
- Present plan comparisons and overcome objections confidently
- Drive enrollments while maintaining 100% CMS compliance
- Maximize ancillary product opportunities on every qualified call
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation in CRM
Ideal Candidate
- Proven closer with a track record of results
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience (B2B or B2C)
- Competitive, coachable, and self-driven
- Strong communication & objection-handling skills
- Tech-savvy with excellent multitasking ability
- Ability to obtain or hold an active Health Insurance License
- Current AHIP or willing to complete prior to start
- Ability to become Ready-To-Sell (RTS) with multiple carriers
