Experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent
H&R Commercial, a division of Homestead & Ranch Real Estate, is a Texas-based commercial real estate firm specializing in land, retail, and investment properties. We're looking for experienced commercial real estate agents to join our team and grow alongside a firm that moves fast and operates at a high level. Success in this role looks like building and maintaining a strong client pipeline, closing deals consistently, and representing H&R Commercial with integrity and professionalism in every transaction. This is an independent contractor position built for someone who is self-motivated, already knows the business, and wants the freedom to run their own book while having a team behind them. We offer the ability to work remote, QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Texas Real Estate License required
- Minimum 1 year of commercial real estate experience
- Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close commercial transactions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
