Who We Teach
- Students aged 6–15, primarily based in mainland China
- Available class sizes: 1v1, 1v2, and group classes
- Deliver online English lessons with various topics, including reading, and speaking courses
Teacher Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher
- A TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or valid teaching license
- Must speak English at a native level with neutral accent
- Punctual, responsible, good communication skills, and an easy-going personality
- A demonstrated respect for the values, cultural differences, and expectations of parents
- Teaching experience in a K-12 or ESL setting is preferred
- Teaching experience with reading and speaking lessons is highly preferred.
Schedule & Availability Peak hours (Beijing Time, GMT+8):
- Weekdays: 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Weekends: 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Once assigned, classes follow a fixed weekly schedule for the duration of the term
- Candidates need to be able to commit to at least 6 hours, which equals 12 time slots a week, within the prime learning hours.
Compensation · Earn $17-24per hour through a competitive base rate USD 6-9 per 30 mins lesson plus a structured bonus system, depending on qualifications and experience. · Extra referral bonuses when referring to qualified teachers · Paid training sessions to help teachers get ready for their first class. Ongoing training is available to improve teaching skills
