Hiring Now | Business Analyst 4 | Richmond, VA (Hybrid) We are actively hiring for a Business Analyst 4 role with one of our direct state clients in Richmond, VA. Location: Richmond, VA Duration: Long Term Work Mode: Hybrid (4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote) Interview: IN PERSON ONLY ⚠ Candidates must currently reside in Virginia (Richmond area preferred) Key Responsibilities: ✔ Gather, analyze, and document business & system requirements ✔ Work closely with business users and development teams in Agile/Scrum environments ✔ Create SDLC-compliant requirement documents ✔ Conduct manual testing on web applications ✔ Develop and execute test plans & test scripts ✔ Identify, document, and track application defects/issues ✔ Support UAT activities and business process improvements Required Skills: ✅ Strong Business Analysis & Systems Analysis experience ✅ SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology experience ✅ Requirements gathering & documentation expertise ✅ Manual web application testing experience ✅ Test plan and test script creation/execution ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills: ⭐ Experience with .Net applications ⭐ Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
