Job Description:
- Conduct scheduled virtual or phone consultations
- Clarify client questions and coverage needs
- Recommend appropriate insurance next steps based on client situations
- Submit required documentation accurately and promptly
- Maintain professional and compliant communication standards
- This role is primarily focused on assisting clients with insurance solutions
- Optional leadership opportunities may be available based on production
Requirements:
- Active state Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (licensing timelines vary by state)
- Must pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
- Prior sales, service, or leadership experience is helpful but not required
- Evening and weekend availability is recommended to reach clients effectively
