Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Full Stack Network Administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Network Administrator, you'll be responsible for:
- Monitoring WAN links for stability and ensuring network uptime
- Configuring and managing routers, switches, and network appliances
- Provisioning IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and ensuring network security
- Monitoring alerts and logs, performing preventative health checks, and incident management
- Reporting and administering security and IAM (Identity and Access Management)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Training and Development
As a new member of our team, you'll receive comprehensive training on essential technical skills, including:
- Windows/Unix/Linux
- Active Directory
- Powershell and Bash
- Developer Tools
- Wireshark
- ServiceNow
- Network Appliances
- Load Balancers
- Routers/Switches
- Middleware, logs/alerts
- Networks, firewalls, ACL, load balancers
- Network Monitoring Systems
- Network Diagnostic Commands
- Incident management tools
- ITSL Processes Tools
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
- No prior technical experience required
- Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills
- Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients
- Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field
- Experience working with Cloud, AI, and Cybersecurity technologies
- Familiarity with network administration, security, and IAM
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
