Role Overview
As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing prompt and professional responses to guest inquiries via live chat
- Assisting guests with reservation modifications and cancellations
- Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and effective problem-solving strategies
- Providing information about hotel services, policies, and local attractions
- Documenting guest interactions and maintaining accurate records in the system
- Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Staying informed about hotel promotions and offerings to effectively assist guests
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or customer service related field preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting
- Excellent written communication skills with a professional tone
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
