- Assist clients with questions about insurance licensing, processes, and documentation, providing personalized support and guidance
- Utilize chat templates and tailor responses to meet the unique needs of each client
- Log interactions and case notes into our CRM system to maintain accurate records and facilitate collaboration with the support team
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and effective support
Qualifications
- Previous experience in live chat or online customer support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong written communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to juggle multiple conversations and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Fast typing speed and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and composure under pressure
