Key Responsibilities

As a Business Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our global teams, ensuring the smooth execution of business processes, and maintaining accurate records and reports. Your key responsibilities will include:

Accommodate, submit, and review cost reports in accordance with arenaflex Strategy

* Assist with all meeting coordination, small to large events, and other special assignments * Proactively provide administrative and staffing support to the team, including but not limited to space management, resource allocation, procurement, headcount management, new/interior onboarding, and event management *

Plan employee recognition events, team all-hands, and off-site events

* Maintain accurate and confidential records and reports, using discretion to make decisions within your area of responsibility * Procurement of labor and materials, including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and office requests *

Manage employee onboarding, including office setup, hardware, and software

*

Schedule support where required

*

Perform additional daily administrative tasks as needed

Essential Qualifications

*

Bachelor's Degree

in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Social Science

  • 2+ years of experience in a managerial, business support, or customer service role in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on planning meetings/events, travel management, and basic office work

*

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines *

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports

Preferred Qualifications

* Partner's Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Social Science) *

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Familiarity with CRM software and other business applications
