The Role

Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor, ensuring that customers receive the support they need

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
