Key Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through our live chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers through our live chat platform
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer support
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
