The Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll work closely with our customers to analyze large, messy datasets and provide actionable insights that drive business growth. Your expertise in SQL, Tableau, and scripting languages will be essential in developing data visualizations, creating ETLs, and automating reporting tasks. You'll also engage with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with large, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and provide essential business insights

• Develop data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and business challenges
• Engage with cross-functional teams to analyze stakeholder needs and provide relevant information
• Leverage scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks, such as screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition
• Document your approaches and share your expertise with colleagues, mentoring them as you become a Subject Matter Expert

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience)

• Creativity with a User Experience basis to develop impactful Tableau Dashboards (1-2 years of experience)
• Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to recognize and root out business problems (Supply Chain background, ideally with transportation experience)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau

• Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages
• Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
