Job Summary

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for executing customer service, marketing, and sales campaigns throughout the greater Clearwater area with our leading telecommunications clients. You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through your sales and marketing efforts. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Initiating communication with consumers and providing service before, during, and after the sales process
  • Providing solutions to customer inquiries by offering details regarding client products and services
  • Becoming skilled at negotiating potential sales options for consumers
  • Attending training sessions and meetings with other Customer Service Associate members, sales teams, and management to master business practices
  • Assisting in the client process by acting as a point of contact between the customer and client after a sale is complete
  • Collaborating between departments to develop and improve business strategy
