Job Functions:
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents in a professional and courteous manner
- Assisting with booking new reservations or updating prior requests
- Handling all general questions or inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to management when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database
Work from Home Equipment:
arenaflex provides all necessary equipment for this role, including a computer, headset, and other tools required to perform the job. You will need a high-speed internet connection, which we will provide a monthly stipend of $50 to support.
Pay and Benefits:
* Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, with an increase to $18.70 for hours worked after 6 pm

Shift Requirements:
* Must be available to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday, within one of the following shift ranges: + AM Shift: 4:00 am - 4:30 pm (8 hours within window) + MID Shift: 8:30 am - 8:30 pm (8 hours within window) + PM Shift: 12:30 pm - Midnight (8 hours within window)
- Must be available to work weekends
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
