Responsibilities:
As an E-Service Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers, contractors, and business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
- Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
- Following up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
- Maintaining current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and completing required continuing education courses
- May assume other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote support environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using various software applications
- Ability to be on video call as required during working hours
Preferred Qualifications:
* Customer service experience and/or training
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools

Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive salary range: $15 to $17 per hour
