Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Shifts and Scheduling
As a remote customer service representative, you'll work a variety of shifts, including early morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Your schedule will be determined by your availability and the needs of the team. You'll work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours per week.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications
