Responsibilities and Duties
As an Administrative Assistant in our Mortgage Division, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in processing weekly sales, including data entry, reporting, and analysis
- Sending out welcome packages and other related clerical duties associated with sales
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
- Providing exceptional client service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Performing various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintaining a high level of organization, productivity, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of office experience in a similar role, preferably in the mortgage industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with mortgage industry software and systems
