We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Geographic Information Systems Analyst.

Job Summary

As a Junior Geographic Information Systems Analyst, you'll play a key role in creating geographic data for assigned areas, designing PC-generated maps and reports, and providing administrative support to local dealmakers. You'll work closely with territorial dealmakers, agents of Costco, and other sellers to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities and Obligations

* Plan PC-generated maps, reports, tables, and charts for assigned areas using MapInfo, as requested by local dealmakers

• Process requests and inquiries directly from Costco Activities for market procedure guides and show materials
• Perform a variety of project-specific tasks, including research and analysis of data as assigned
• Provide administrative support to local dealmakers by preparing accurate and timely cost reports, editing documents, booking travel, preparing visit books, and meeting other administrative needs as requested
• Perform general office duties, including answering incoming calls, receiving office visitors, mail handling and organization, ensuring all office equipment is functioning properly, ensuring computers are working accurately, recording, booking deliveries, and requesting office supplies

Required Skills and Competencies

* General knowledge of geographic data systems

• Knowledge of data analysis and insights presentation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills and Competencies

* Proficiency in MapInfo

Education and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in GIS or two years of relevant work experience in geographic data systems
