Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team, working remotely to support our Alternate Investments department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, reconciling transactions, and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents

• Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
• Analyze complex/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
• Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly influence the Client/Advisor profile
• Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce
• Collaborate with and embody TD Ameritrade Cleaning in daily interactions with fund businesses, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external company partners

Duties Analysis

* Review subscription deals or transfer requests

• Client/Advisor amount exceptions
• Regulatory commitments (Examples: 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Reconciliation of Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
• Reconciliation across BOS and Fund Companies
• Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of income tax coding
• Trouble Addressing
• Internal/External system improvements or concerns
• Root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc
• Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management
• Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
• Client or Company Companion Service
• Answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility
• Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues
• Prompt and correct finalization of client investing and dividend demands

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the financial industry or a related field

• Knowledge of regulatory commitments and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with TD Ameritrade and fund company systems
• Certification in data entry, customer service, or a related field
