Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a range of critical tasks that will help drive success in our data management operations. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Data Monitoring and Updates: Use Excel and Salesforce to monitor and update data in a timely manner, ensuring that all fields and records are complete and meet required standards.
• Data Validation and Quality Control: Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing data within the system and ensure timely follow-up for correction. Conduct regular data validation checks to identify inaccuracies or discrepancies in lead information.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports detailing missing or incomplete data and communicate these findings to the sales team. Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to address missing data and ensure that leads are properly qualified.
• Process Improvement: Work within guidelines and tools to streamline data quality processes, aiming to reduce operational costs. Proactively suggest improvements to current data handling practices to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of data management.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document and report any challenges or deviations from standard processes to leadership for further action.

Required Qualifications

To succeed as a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll need to possess a range of skills and qualifications. Some of the key requirements include:

• Proven Experience: Proven experience in data entry, or a related field, with a strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and experience working with Salesforce.
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to follow specific instructions and adhere to guidelines provided by internal tools and processes.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Efficiency and Accuracy: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in sales or lead qualification processes is a plus, as it will enable you to better understand the needs of our sales team and provide more effective support.
