Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our specialty patients over the phone. You will handle prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage, ensuring that our patients receive timely and accurate information. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to specialty patients over the phone, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner

  • Handle prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage, ensuring accurate and timely information
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to arenaflex's Heart At Work Behaviors, promoting a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

  • 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone

  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
  • Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

arenaflex requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.

Training Schedule

* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule)

  • Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (8-hour shift assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)

Pay Range

* Minimum: $17.02

  • Maximum: $27.16
  • Actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location
