Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our plan members, answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. You'll work from home, using your own internet connection and a secure workspace, and will be required to adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance standards. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about pharmacy benefit plans
- Provide personalized support and solutions to help customers understand their coverage and options
- Offer guidance on prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service experiences
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work from home with a secure internet connection and a dedicated workspace
- Ability to adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance standards

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
