Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our plan members, answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. You'll work from home, using your own internet connection and a secure workspace, and will be required to adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about pharmacy benefit plans

  • Provide personalized support and solutions to help customers understand their coverage and options
  • Offer guidance on prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service experiences

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work from home with a secure internet connection and a dedicated workspace
  • Ability to adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
