Job Description
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, an excellent time manager, and able to handle high-volume calls and emails in a consistently friendly and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and assign emails to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
- Process invoices from suppliers and deliver customer invoices in a timely manner
- Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions with accuracy
- Enter tracking numbers into our ERP and eCommerce websites to ensure seamless order management
- Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing verbal and email quotes as needed
- Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability, and process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments
- Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers with ship dates to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, and keep track of past-due invoices to ensure prompt collection
Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, customer support, and sales
- Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Proactive work ethic and communication skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-level organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Friendly and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in eCommerce software and industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment a plus
- Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation and handle sensitive customer information
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a hybrid remote work environment
- Knowledge of industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment
- Certification in customer service or sales
