Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues efficiently
- Responding to consumer inquiries and owning consumer issues to ensure timely resolution
- Providing education and status on previously submitted documents and requests
- Meeting performance goals in areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
- Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Empathy and strong listening skills: The ability to understand and address customer concerns in a compassionate and professional manner
- 1 year of customer service experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a similar role
- Call Center experience: A plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills: The ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management while managing multiple tasks and priorities
- High School diploma: A minimum educational requirement
- Background check: Must be able to clear a background check
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual in Spanish/English: A competitive advantage, with a higher hourly rate
- Sales or benefits experience: Ideal, but not required
- Previous experience in a fast-paced call center environment: A plus, but not required
