Job Summary
As a Customer Service Technician at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for deploying and maintaining satellite customer equipment to ensure optimal performance and dependability. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their entertainment requirements. Your exceptional customer service skills, technical expertise, and ability to work autonomously will make you an integral part of our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deploying and maintaining satellite customer equipment to ensure optimal performance and dependability
- Ensuring the smooth operation and confirming the functionality of the service, while effectively promoting and invoicing video services to customers
- Conducting the process of fitting equipment in distinct surroundings such as infrastructure, upper rooms, sublevels, and small cavities
- Making use of corporate technology to efficiently handle orders and transport company vehicles to job sites
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve customer experiences
Qualifications and Experience
* Possession of a valid driver's license that is valid in the state where the vehicle is operating
- Ability to operate autonomously while delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to accommodate fluctuating work schedules, such as working on weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required
- Fulfilling the requirements of mandatory drug testing, security checks, and physical assessments
- Previous experience in a comparable position or a technical domain is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Technical expertise in satellite equipment, customer service, and problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
