Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, responding to phone inquiries and addressing their concerns with care, detail, and empathy. You will be responsible for helping patients understand their pharmacy benefits, tracking patient interactions, and ensuring they are equipped with the best advice. Responsibilities
* Respond to phone inquiries from patients, addressing their concerns and providing solutions in a timely and empathetic manner
- Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits, using your knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively
- Track patient interactions, documenting all conversations in real-time to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
- Identify and address patient concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure the best possible outcome
- Collaborate with your team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to patients
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
- General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
- Knowledge of pharmacy benefits and patient care
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
