What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, from helping them shop for their new pet to resolving issues with their orders. You'll be the face of our company, and your exceptional communication skills, active listening, and empathy will make all the difference in delivering a positive customer experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine the best solutions for customers
  • Operating with understanding, patience, and kindness to customers and team members alike
  • Collaborating with teammates and managers to contribute to a culture of customer-centricity
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Adapting to change with the business needs of the company and being flexible with your schedule as needed

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written assessment
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computers, including data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet
  • Ability to adapt to change and be flexible with your schedule as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check

Technical Requirements

To ensure you have a seamless experience working from home, you'll need:

  • A dedicated workspace with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam
  • A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed)
  • A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
