Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative Agent Work From Home - Part Time Focus Group Panelists, you will have the opportunity to participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments. You will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with our team and providing valuable insights on various products and services. This is a great way to earn additional income, develop your communication skills, and gain experience in customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments
- Interact with our team and provide valuable insights on various products and services
- Complete written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys provided for each panel
- Use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
- Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Participate in online or in-person discussions, as preferred
Essential Qualifications
* Must have either a smartphone with working camera or desktop/laptop with webcam
- Must have access to high-speed internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No customer service representative agent experience is necessary
