The Opportunity
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our customers. * Handle a high volume of customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Personalize the customer experience for each caller, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Resolve complex issues and de-escalate situations in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Compensation and Benefits
* Starting rate: $15.00 per hour
- Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years
- Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance

Who We Are Looking For
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual skills (Spanish and English) a plus
System Requirements
* Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
- Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
- High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services not permitted)
- Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks not supported
Training Schedule
* Paid training period with attendance and participation required
- Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ
- First day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up
- Orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm ET
