Job Summary

As a Seasonal Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. This is a seasonal position, typically running from October to December, with the possibility of overtime.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer escalated emails and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Work queues related to orders not shipping, resolving issues and providing updates to customers
  • Make outbound calls to customers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
  • Handle TrustArc Requests and Order Updates
  • Collaborate with the CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily
  • Utilize the telephone in customer contact, demonstrating excellent communication and listening skills
  • Maintain a positive attitude under sometimes stressful conditions
  • Stay up-to-date with personal computers and basic math and business operations

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of training and experience

  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers
  • Ability to maintain energy and initiative in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
  • Experience in a call center or business setting, with a focus on customer service
  • Basic knowledge of personal computers and basic math and business operations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and issues

  • Experience working in a seasonal or peak call center environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Ability to work extended hours, including Saturdays, during peak periods
