Job Description

As an Experienced Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including chats, emails, and calls. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and timely information to resolve problems and issues that arise, ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will also be expected to:

  • Independently research and stay up-to-date on relevant information to support customer service operations
  • Escalate complex issues to team leaders, managers, and other departments as required
  • Adhere to Quality Assurance standards and comply with schedules set by team leaders
  • Assist in the preparation of processes and projects aimed at achieving team objectives, such as implementing ticket deflection strategies and analyzing data/trends to drive defect reduction
  • Demonstrate a strong team working attitude and behavior within the team and other departments in the company

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle all inbound inquiries and establish outbound communication through chats, emails, and calls

  • Provide accurate and timely information to resolve problems and issues that arise
  • Continuously educate yourself with up-to-date and relevant information to support customer service operations
  • Escalate complex issues to team leaders, managers, and other departments as required
  • Adhere to Quality Assurance standards and comply with schedules set by team leaders
  • Assist in the preparation of processes and projects aimed at achieving team objectives

Qualifications:

* 2-3 years of experience in frontline customer support, preferably in the financial or service industry

  • Passion and willingness to go above and beyond to solve complex problems while delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Adaptability and resilience to operate in a quickly changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written professional English and native language skills
  • Great multitasking, prioritizing, and time management skills
  • Knowledge or interest in blockchain/digital assets/fin-tech industry
  • Ability to work on flexible working hours and shifts (including night shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays)
  • Right to work in the country you are based
