The Role
As a Customer Practice Manager, Media & Entertainment, US, you will be responsible for leading and supporting transformative customer programs during the pursuit, solution, and ongoing engagement stages. You will develop a long-term arenaflex strategy and execute against that strategy within our Media & Entertainment vertical in the United States. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead business outcomes by articulating accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation
- Execute long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, with a high bias for action to deliver results in arenaflex and platform bookings in the near term
- Develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with arenaflex account team (direct sales)
- Establish executive relationships across business and technology groups, executive sponsorship of programs
- Establish an internal network at arenaflex, most notably with internal organizations critical to success: account team, partner team, global services organization, finance, and legal
- Deliver on annual bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets with deal structure aligned with defined customer outcomes and arenaflex business objectives
- Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the arenaflex team
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of professional or military experience
- 5+ years of Media & Entertainment industry experience
- 8+ years of IT consulting and management experience in customer-facing roles
- A proven track record of scoping, selling, and delivering large-scale enterprise IT transformation programs
- Experience in leading solutions that include core products, third-party products, and custom-built solutions
Preferred Qualifications
* A consistent track record of achieving sales targets and opportunity management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workgroup leadership and executive presentations
