Job Summary
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate solutions, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary, and consistently delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
