We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Freelance Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our SEO clients and partners. If you're fluent in German, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and eager to work with a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Represent arenaflex and our SEO product with excellent customer service, showcasing our values and commitment to excellence.
• Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
• Assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project management.

What We Expect from You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can bring their expertise to our team. If you have the following qualifications and skills, we encourage you to apply:

• At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
• Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with our clients and partners.
• Good English skills (for internal communication only), with the ability to collaborate with our team members.
• Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs), with the ability to work efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts and ideas.
• Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards.
• Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied, with a focus on finding mutually beneficial solutions.

Working Hours and Environment

We offer a fully remote work environment, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or office. Our working hours are 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday, with no work on weekends or holidays. You'll need a computer, headset, and a stable internet connection to perform your duties.
