Job Summary
As a Contract Customer Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and executing customer marketing programs that drive business results. You'll work closely with our VP of Marketing to develop and implement strategies that increase customer loyalty, expansion, and advocacy. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a cohesive program that has a measurable impact on the overall business.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement impactful customer marketing experiences that focus on increasing customer loyalty, expansion, and advocacy
- Create communities based on level and interest to foster engagement and advocacy
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell/upsell and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
- Amplify our customers' stories to showcase their success and build brand awareness
- Develop and execute marketing programs that drive business results, including metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize impact
- Analyze data and metrics to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing
Requirements
* 5-7 years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in tech marketing
- Ability to understand how customers are using arenaflex solutions to achieve their business goals and translate into marketing programs
- Demonstrated success in establishing communities and creating advocates
- Revenue-driven mindset, ensuring programs deliver results
- Proficient in marketing technology, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gong
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

* Proven track record of success in customer marketing, with a focus on loyalty, expansion, and advocacy
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
