Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Validation:

- Accurately enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits. - Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry. - Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and check the output. -

Database Management:

- Update existing data in the system as needed. - Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested. - Ensure proper use of office systems to handle and maintain data. - Maintain records of tasks, files, and progress. -

Document Handling:

- Scan documents into document management systems or databases. - Securely manage the storage of data. - Check completed work for accuracy and make any required changes immediately. -

Research and Information Collection:

- Research to gather additional information needed to complete and verify the accuracy of data. - Contact originators of the document to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data. -

Reporting and Communication:

- Generate reports detailing the status of the data entry process and any discrepancies or issues encountered. - Communicate with supervisors regarding any issues during the data entry process or any inconsistencies found in the data. - Participate in team meetings and provide updates on workflow and data management. -

Technical Proficiency:

- Operate office equipment such as printers and scanners for managing electronic files and physical documents. - Maintain a thorough understanding of the data entry software and other related business systems. -
