Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our veterinary facilities and clients. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling solution requests, resolving issues, and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of tasks. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests. - Examine and resolve issues to determine proper solutions for clients and center partners, and follow up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues. - Complete data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex's healthcare software. - Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders. - Work with understanding, undivided attention, patience, compassion, and kindness to clients and partners alike. - Work with an eagerness to learn, sharing feedback, receiving feedback, and working in a culture of being open to growth. Many of our colleagues have grown into different roles and administrative positions, so having a long-term career center is great. - Communicate with veterinary facilities via telephone (at times via different stations on a case-by-case basis) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts, so being meticulous is essential. - Expect a significant portion of the typical business day will be outbound veterinary center/client telephone contacts.

Essential Qualifications

- 2 years of experience working in a client or healthcare-centered environment. - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening). - Ability to perform multitasking (e.g., chat on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes). - Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and stand out to detail. - Capability with Microsoft Outlook. - High school education or equivalent. - Should be able to maintain a Pharmacy Professional License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where required. - Decisive reasoning abilities. - Shown ability to perform multitasking and perform well in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to adjust to change according to the business needs of the organization. - Adaptability to move schedule and stay at work longer than required depending on the situation by the specialty unit. - Should demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive data. - Should be able to pass background verification.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Experience working in a veterinary or pharmacy environment. - Certification in customer service or a related field.
