Job Summary

As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers via our web-based live chat console, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to deliver a personalized experience that exceeds customer expectations and drives loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and requests via live chat in a timely and professional manner

• Provide extensive knowledge about our website, products, and services to customers
• Handle customer complaints and issues in a fair and empathetic manner
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet individual and company benchmarks
• Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 75+ WPM typing speed (typing testing will be conducted using a reputable online platform)

• Experience in navigating website pages and quickly identifying information
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused
• Critical thinking skills
• Adaptable and flexible
• Career-oriented and professional
• Experience as a Sales and/or Customer Service Associate is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages/bilingual is a plus
