Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chat Agent to join our customer support team. As a Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat and messaging platforms, responding to inquiries, providing information, and offering assistance. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and issues in real-time.

Chat Agent Duties and Responsibilities
