Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled and friendly Chat Agent to join our team in East Stroudsburg, PA. As a Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions to our clients' problems.
Key Responsibilities

- Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and provide personalized support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
- Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance customer experience
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology and systems
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and software
