Job Overview
arenaflex is seeking an accomplished Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary-to-hire basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries received through various channels, including phone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and web-based portal, regarding information on programs and services.
- Record customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns.
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information.
- Ability to comply with current and updated policies and procedures.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
- Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Cultural competency and ability to interact with a diverse population.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time.
