Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Bilingual French Speaking Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling complex customer inquiries and complaints in French and English, utilizing advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve issues effectively.
  • Providing expert assistance and support for a wide range of products and services, ensuring customers receive accurate information and solutions.
  • Assisting in training and mentoring new team members, sharing best practices and knowledge to enhance team performance.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of standard operating procedures to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as technical support and sales, to ensure comprehensive customer service and issue resolution.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer service effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform product and service enhancements, and advocating for customer needs within the organization.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center, with a focus on handling complex inquiries and escalations.
  • A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
