Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to our passengers and clients. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving travel-related issues, assisting with booking or cancellations, and delivering top-notch service. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to think critically and solve problems quickly.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve travel-related issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist with booking or cancellations, and provide accurate information to customers
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

* 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Experience working in the aviation industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
